Shipping Information:

We aim to process and ship your orders within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. At present, we exclusively offer shipping within the United States. However, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping services to include international destinations in the near future.

Returns and Refunds:

For health and sanitation reasons, I do not accept returns on any of my jewelry items. This policy ensures that all my customers receive jewelry that is in pristine condition and has never been worn.

In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged during the shipping process, we do offer refunds. If you encounter such an issue, please contact me immediately within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will assist you in processing your refund.
